Hand collected seeds from my very own garden in Sherwood Park, Alberta. I'm just a hobby gardener with a habit of saving seeds in excess, so here we are!
I love me some parsnips and I don't think they get enough attention. They are freakin' delicious when roasted in the oven.
I'm a toss the seeds on the dirt and cross your fingers type of gardener so I'm not going to pretend I know the best way to grow them. It's probably best to search up growing instructions like cold stratification, spacing, depth and sunlight for zone 3 ;)
