Designer is unknown. I have replicated it from a vintage enamel pin found in the family cabin. Some long time residents tell me it's circa 1980's and was handed out by the council. If you know the designer please let me know so I can give credit. It has also been mentioned by long time residents that "Mewatha" means "Be Happy" in Cree which is why a happy looking bee was used, but I haven't been able to confirm that. I hope you can enjoy this vintage design :)
